Gin Fusion

A combination of gin and fruit tea infusion results in fresh, old school type cocktail.

We created this drink especially for Maya from Faraaz Tea. It uses their Fruit Tea. It’s the tea infusion that provides the rich red colour.

Type: Mix In Glass

 

EQUIPMENT

Champagne saucer or coupe

 

INGREDIENTS

90ml brewed and chilled fruit tea*

30ml gin

Half teaspoon sugar

5ml lemon juice

 

METHOD

Pour all ingredients into your glass and stir to combine.

Garnish with a slice of apple.

 

ADJUST

Add more sugar if you want it sweeter.

 

SERVE

Serve it in the glass you made it in.

 

*We used one tablespoon of Fruit Tea per 250ml of recently boiled water.
